REPAIR OF HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
- We specialize in the repair and manufacturing of ALL types of Hydraulic Cylinders up to 1m in diameter.
- OEM specifications, sealing manufacturer specifications, and our own in-house developed specifications are religiously adhered to in ALL our cylinder repairs - big or small, old or new.
- In-depth inspection and measurements are done (which includes honing of barrels and linishing of rods during the inspections phase) on ALL cylinders to accurately establish the scope of work to be quoted on. This removes any nasty surprises and the customer knows exactly why the cylinder failed, what will be done to repair it, how much it will cost and how long it will take.
- All manufacturing processes are done in-house to ensure no compromises are made on quality OR turn-around time. (With the exception of grind/chrome/grinding and barrel honing other than polish honing - specialized suppliers are used for these processes.)
- Our expertise allow us to accurately determine the root cause of failure for the cylinder. This information is relayed to the customer via our failure report to assist you with fault finding and future failure prevention.
- All repaired and manufactured cylinders are thoroughly tested to ensure ALL client, OEM and in-house specifications and requirements have been met before delivery to the customer.
- We utilize a cylinder stripping, nut torquing, assembly, and test bench capable of servicing all sizes of cylinders.

- We flush and repair your hydraulic system the correct way - by REMOVING AND CLEANING EVERY SINGLE HYDRAULIC COMPONENT!!
- This is all done in-house, from stripping, cleaning, repairing to assembly, testing of components and commissioning of your machine.

MANUFACTURING OF HYDRAULIC POWER PACKS
- We design & manufacture Hydraulic Power Packs to our Customer's requirements.
MANUFACTURING OF HYDRAULIC LINE BORING MACHINES
- We manufacture our own in-house designed line boring machine to our customer's requirements.
- We offer the following unique features:
- Separate hydraulic systems for feed and rotation - thus feed and rotation work independently and do not influence each other.
- Superior feed control circuit allowing super fine feed control ensuring large cuts and good surface finishes.
- Remote-controlled pendant (no lead wire)
- Safety-orientated electrical control panel with all required interlocks such as incorrect phase rotation and lock-out.
